FRENCH CAFE
In December 2016, Yr5/6 hosted a French cafe each morning for 3 days. This was mixed French/Enterprise and Maths challenge. The children had been practising their written and spoken French around the theme of food and eating. They had to :
- choose and design menus
- cost the food from competing supermarkets
- prepare and serve the food
- welcome and serve customers
